Shannon was born and raised in Quincy, Illinois. She received her Associate of Science in Communications from John Wood Community College in 2016. She has eight years experience in customer service and satisfaction, service quality, staff hiring and training.

We were fortunate to have Shannon be an instrumental part of our practice since opening day in July 2015. With an expertise in pop culture, she develops the social media and print design communication for the practice, and touches every part of the practice with optimism and attention to detail. She also coordinates office logistics and ensures an exceptional customer experience while visiting the office.

She is a retired mixologist, an avid boater, and has the most positive attitude of anyone you’ll ever meet. Her positive vibes over the phone and when welcoming clients are truly genuine and she can brighten anyone’s day!
