Our Dogs

Everyone knows I am a “standard poodle lover” (just as everyone knows I love chemical peels!).

Our 12 yr. old standard poodle “Maddie” is actually named “Majestic Glacier Siyeh Blackfeet” in honor of our trip to Glacier National Park in Montana. It is one of the most spectacular places on the planet! The name “Siyeh” is from a Blackfeet Indian, whose name means “crazy dog” or “mad wolf”, and she was the wildest puppy!

My first born son, Ragna, was rescued from Quincy Humane Society in 2019. This guy is the smallest of my pack, but he sure has the MOST energy. He loves to torment his brother into play time 24/7, 365! Ragna also loves to sing us the songs of his people; aka he is a howler!

That leaves Groot, my tiny little bitty 130-pound 2 year old American Lab and Great Pyrenees mix. Groot can always be found at my side. He has an old soul and prefers to take it easy with mom. He is a big ol teddy bear. Groots favorite thing to do is eat!

I am a Doodle Mama of 2 mini Goldendoodles. Bogey is a male goldendoodle who is 6 years old. He is loveable, calm and goes with the flow. He loves to chase squirrels and being outside. Bogey’s name came from my love of the golf game, not to mention I have my fair share in a round of golf. Molly is my female goldendoodle, she is 5 years old. She is very needy and always loves to be snuggled and loved. Bogey and Molly are the best of friends and love to snuggle and play together.

Louie is my fat cat that adopted us as his family. Louie was supposed to be an outside cat but made his way in the house with his charm. Louie loves to eat, eat, eat and sleep! When Louie is not eating or sleeping, he is out touring the neighborhood and bringing critters home, which is not so great. The dogs and cat all get along and are very spoiled, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
